Ordered drinks for pickup at 4:30 PM when their hours are listed as open until 8 PM. When I arrived, the store was closed with a sign indicating they are following "holiday hours" for the entire month of December and close at 2 PM. Contacted customer service and my request for a refund was passed along to the owner of this location. Great coffee in a calming atmosphere with lots of seating options. A good place to study or just hang out with friends. I do hope that they are able to find more baristas soon, though. Maybe they already have, but a few weeks ago I came in and there were 2 baristas. One had to leave bc it was presumably the end of her shift. This left one barista (I think Natalie was her name) to help a long line of customers all by herself.
