I can tell the employees really care about the safety of their food and drinks
If I could rate this a zero I would, I ordered on DoorDash and then the store decides to cancel my order. I ordered at 6:00am (when they open) and then they charge me twice overall just to get coffee at the other shop that they had decided to place for me without asking me if I wanted to follow through with it. I don’t understand why I had to pay again.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Biggby Coffee location recently. The young man with glasses and a middle part in his hair was extremely unprofessional. While I understand that mistakes happen, his apparent lack of concern and possible intentional mishandling of my drink was disturbing to say the least.
