They stole my money. Their app is broken and doesn’t let you log in, and they leave online ordering on even when the location is closed during regular store hours. They stole my money and left me 0 way to get it back. I will never give this business another cent.
I was told that you are doing cost cutting and starting with your military discounts....
I ordered DoorDash from this location paid $30 and this is what I opened my bag to apparently customers who order online don't deserve the same treatment as the ones in person because I've never had something this crazy happen it's literally burnt to the core!
The people were nice, no problems there. But I ordered a matcha without the vanilla syrup, and I basically got milk... so probably best to pick a different location.
