This biggby never ever makes the drinks correctly!! I usually try not to go to this one.... every once in a while I think I'll give it another shot.... Now I have to drink a large coffee that tastes like slightly flavored water. That cost me 8 dollars...
Disappointing. It was the anniversary of my wife and I becoming engaged and I wanted to surprise her with a coffee. I ordered a medium cappuccino with whipped cream. I ended up receiving half a cup of just cappuccino, and no whipped cream. The place wasn’t busy, only one other car in the drive through. The order wasn’t a difficult one, a pretty easy menu item.
