This is a fun and reasonable priced coffee shop. I have always had great customer service and enjoyed the drinks. The only downside is the small sitting area if you want to have a meeting with people.

i have been going to this bigb at least once a week since 7th grade. i usually get large matcha with a bagel every time and its usually always around $15 and im okay with that because they usually prepare everything well. Today i orderd my usual and got handed the matcha first i grabbed the matcha and the cup completely cracked and spilled all over my car i asked for another cup and some napkins to clean it up and i left without anything else. i came back to see if i could get another because i just spent $7 on a drink that ... read more
Super friendly staff and very quick service!
They put the cream cheese on my bagel instead of the usual plastic knife/container combo, saves me the hassle of awkwardly slathering it on in my car and it's so rare for a biggby to do that. 10/10
