I just love how friendly they are. The Hot Spotted OWL latte with oatmilk is A+. I get one almost everyday lol. The picture is of a cookie creme freeze my son gets that when he goes and no complaints.Â
Staff is super rudeÂ
Biggby is my favorite neighborhood coffee spot—friendly staff and consistently fast service. The only complaint I have is that the syrups aren’t always fully mixed, so they pool at the bottom, but it’s a minor issue. Even though there’s a Dunkin’ closer to my house and within walking distance of this location, I’d choose Biggby any day for the quality and experience!Â
The drinks are always served at the right temperature.Â
10/10 would not come back. I watched the workers skip over my drink and bagel and I had to wait 20+ minutes for a coffee drink that was poorly made. They were really lazy and didn’t even care- no apologies or any request to give me a refund.Â
