if i could give it a 0 i would. Incredibly rude staff, a cold bagel sandwich and js a very off putting atmosphere. the prices were insane and my “hot” latte was barely room temp.
The service is excellent and normally so is everything there. Today I ordered a waffle sandwich and apparently they excessively microwave it until the cheese is like plastic and the waffles are so soggy they are falling apart. Save yourself the trouble with THAT item!
First time visitor stopping in from out of town. Had to leave a review after receiving the best customer service from Autumn. She gave great recommendations, coupons & even set us up with a rewards card! Will stop at Biggby again. Thank you, Autumn!
What a hidden gem! The staff is so incredibly friendly. The menu has great choices real food not like Starbucks fake frozen stuff. And the pup cups they put whipped cream in a cup with a little bone on top like a sundae so cute love this placeand the coffee was so tasty.
