7.9.25 I haven’t had a chance to update my review. The store owner made this right with a free bagel and coffee. This Biggby crew are always working hard and are friendly and helpful. Like I said about the coffee-they nail it every time! I appreciate the consistency and quality of the drinks. And the bagels are good too! I’m a regular, I come here every morning when I go into the office. I come here on my weekends. The owner is super nice and the crew works hard. Coffee is always great, they nailed it this morning. Today I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese from the app. Picked it up and just got to my desk and opened it to discover a problem. Maybe they gave someone a bagel who returned it? Never been asked if I wanted to give a tip ever until today. Just an awkward experience when that happens because if you say no you feel bad when you shouldn't have to. Think I'll avoid this one for now on. Food and coffee was great, but why is tipping being asked for? I hope they are properly being paid.
