My husband and I went to biggby jonesville for our morning coffee & were pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service Mara at the window and everyone else working had. The drinks were delicious & started our morning out just right! The staff went above and beyond to make my daughers drink extra special and also make our experience extravigant! Thanks !!
I specifically take the extra drive to go to this biggby instead of the Hillsdale one which is closer to me. The jonesville location almost never messes up my order and coffee taste great. The Hillsdale location however almost NEVER gets my order right I think maybe once out of the 10 or more times I have gone there was it actually correct. The jonesville location is also much friendlier and always gives my dog a little doggy bone. Highly recommend driving the extra few minutes to the jonesville location.
So disappointed but whatever. Come here around 4 times a week and decide to go specifically to this location for my dogs birthday. Got the shittiest pupcup ive ever seen. I pulled over in the driveway to write this review. I'll now no longer be coming here.
