Normally service is excellent at this Biggby location however, this specific trip, one Barista was doing something on the register and was unable to figure something out. She kept apologizing and saying, "we'll be with you in a minute" all the while another Barista was cleaning and could've helped and another was walking around behind the counter who could've helped. Once our order was taken, it was made quickly and tasted great!
Not as good as other ones I have been to.
