We ask for extra, extra ice in our americanos and yet it is always melted by the time it passes through the window. Very frustrating. Other locations can manage to add the right amount.
The flavor of the coffee is perfect today.
paid over $10 for items asked for a 24oz water was told no only 16oz.. will not be stopping here before work again if i gotta go somewhere else just for water to go with my super dry bagel
Always messing up my order or given the wrong size. Asked to make it right. And she said would have to charge me extra.
