I went through the drive through with my friend and we just got drinks. Upon pulling up to the drive thru the girl inside was very snappy when taking our order and was very rushy. When we got to the window we sat at the window before she took our payment for 5 minutes and there was only one other person ordering. There was no reason it took that long to take a payment. We ask for extra, extra ice in our americanos and yet it is always melted by the time it passes through the window. Very frustrating. Other locations can manage to add the right amount.
The flavor of the coffee is perfect today.
paid over $10 for items asked for a 24oz water was told no only 16oz.. will not be stopping here before work again if i gotta go somewhere else just for water to go with my super dry bagel
