Very slow service. ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK FOR A NAPKIN AND STRAW THEN THEY STILL FORGET 🙄

I can not understand why it takes so long to get product. 5 people working, we were the only guests for few minutes, (1 guest at the window) took over 13 minutes. A small smoothie, kids hot chocolate, bagel with cream cheese and a 24 Oz mint mocha. RIDICULOUS
