9/4/25 - Tried the frozen pumpkin spice latte for the first time. Not impressed with the flavor. No pumpkin taste. Will be trying Starbucks next for a comparison. Oh, and the drive-up speaker is still in need of attention. While the service (at the window itself) has always been good, the drive-up speaker, when placing an order, either needs repair, or better yet, replacement. It is difficult to hear and/or understand the person taking your order.
Not a huge fan of this location which is too bad because they’re super close to where I work. They charged me a tip without my authorization last time I went there.
When in for a door dash never been in this location no one said any thing wasn't greeted or here is your order I had to look around where I seen it on the counter I think it was my skin color

This had been our favorite coffee shop for several months until recently. I don't know what changed but it went from speedy and accurate service to wrong order after wrong order. The change happened sometime within the past 2 months and now our order is almost never correct. The last time they messed up the drinks they remade it and gave us a free drink card so I thought we'd try them again today.
