When in for a door dash never been in this location no one said any thing wasn't greeted or here is your order I had to look around where I seen it on the counter I think it was my skin color
While the service (at the window itself) has always been good, the drive-up speaker, when placing an order, either needs repair, or better yet, replacement. It is difficult to hear and/or understand the person taking your order.
This had been our favorite coffee shop for several months until recently. I don't know what changed but it went from speedy and accurate service to wrong order after wrong order. The change happened sometime within the past 2 months and now our order is almost never correct. The last time they messed up the drinks they remade it and gave us a free drink card so I thought we'd try them again today. Great customer service! Great place to sit enjoy coffee.
"I'll have a Caramel Marvel, extra hot, with an extra shot and no whipped cream." It again tastes horrible! At almost $9.00, the return on my investment isn't there. It's hard to believe that I used to go here every day and sometimes twice a day. I like to think of it as a treat... but it's not. I now use the drive-thru, as the staff aren't as kind and helpful as they used to be. I'd rather stay in my vehicle.
