What was supposed to be a quick coffee run quickly turned into an hour wait. This is insane.
40 minute wait for a coffee on a Saturday after you paid for it is WIIILLLDDD DAAAWWGGG.
Stopped in for a quick drink wishing we didn't. It took over 30 mins to get 2 drinks and it wasn't even busy. The 3 staff lost multiple orders, lost multiple order tickets, didn't know who paid for what, had to remake multiple things, didn't know what was made or what was outstanding still. The only way to get your order is seemingly to remind them every 5 minutes as they don't know either.
