Every time I go to the Bigby on 42 I am greeted by the sweetest staff!! Brian that works drive through is always very kind. Thank you all for making my mornings brighter & for being so great at your jobs!
sad experience this morning in the drive thru. the entire interaction between myself and the cashier felt forced and uncomfortable even after trying to make conversation with her. wasn’t busy at all. then i was handed a hot drink after i ordered iced. no big deal. it was fixed and i was given a new one. my iced coffee was watered down, my sausage honey biscuit had no honey and i paid extra to add an egg and received no egg. definitely will make the drive to the north bend biggby from here on out.

Gracie is wonderful! She’s always so sweet and has great customer service every time I come into Biggby. She also makes some of the best drinks — they’re always consistent and really good. I always enjoy stopping in when she’s working!
