I visit a few times a week. Today I order a 20 oz teddy bear on a friday- signage outside says it's $5 but the cashier at the drive thru charged me the normal $7.67. I asked about it and she advised she wouldn't know and can't see because she just clocked in. She proceeded to say a few more unkind words and wouldn't give me a straw.
The Biggby US 42 location has a great staff and excellent service. I stop multiple days per week and have for over a year!
Normally don’t have that many issues with this location but this coffee this morning is AWFUL. It’s separating completely and is SO bitter. I’ll be going to the one in Erlanger from now on. This is unacceptable for the price. The dark stuff at the bottom? Is the coffee separating. This is a Honey Cinnamon Vanilla. Definitely doesn’t look right. Definitely doesn’t taste right.
I was dropping off a Walmart Spark order, for who I believed was the manager-they're literally was no one there in the drive-thru, but they kept telling me hold on we have another customer and went along to talk and chat. They ignored me until I stated that, "hey, I was just trying to verify this Walmart spark order. Are any of you Lela Jaynes?"
