The drink was good but it was very fast service and in all it’s a nice place
They advertise 'Sweet Foam Cold Brew' with mocha, white lightning, etc. However, if you order a white lightning for example, they'll assume that you want it hot without even asking. Like, I dont think that's even on the main menu, except under the sweet foam cold brew section. Why would that be the default assumption?
My family and I stopped at BIGGBY for coffee at 9:30a 3/16/25 before heading to church for a special service. My Son ordered his and his girlfriend’s drink, used a coupon and was good to go; however, when I placed my order right after him and tried using the same type of coupon I was rudely told by the female making the drinks that I could not use the coupon because the owner isn’t accepting those coupons anymore.
