Ordered 2 magic milks with Chai. Tried to charged me for a regular&searchTerm Chai each. Fixed that when I complained, but put so much ice in the cups there was about 2 drinks each for the kids. Not a great way to inspire customers to be loyal to your store.
Meh. Ordered a vanilla bean and a frozen mocha. Vanilla bean tastes like hot water and I asked for sweet foam on my mocha, it was repeated back to me and still received whip. Tried putting points on our card after the order and they told us they have a new system, which I don't know is true.
I love the White Pigeon store. This is my favorite one of them all. The baristas are the best. They are very kind. Tonight I took my 2 grandsons in there and Jazmin made it a fun experience for them. They really enjoyed beating her in rock paper scissors 😊 It was nice seeing the smiles on their faces. Thank you Jazmin.
