I feel bad for the people working here but if you do Holy smokes talk with your managers. If you have promotionals running you HAVE to have more staff. On a Sunday afternoon with a bogo deal. With 3 cars in front of us it took 35 minutes. To get 2 drinks. At least 3 cars behind us left the line after ordering due to taking so long. Your orders aren't made untill PAY not at the ordering station. Which increases time. You could have amazing service but if you have an order that takes over 10 minutes your store will be distaine... read more
