First stop here at Biggby, and it was a terrible experience. I ordered a Hot Caramel Apple Cider, which I get often from other Biggby locations and usually love. This one, however, tasted expired and was missing the whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon that normally come with it. The employees seemed inexperienced and didn’t know what they were doing.
