One of your employees didn’t ask if my gift card was a gift card or a points card and snatched my money out of my hand before I could put it back after telling me the total and did the wrong transaction. I like the quickness of my orders but at what expense if it’s not efficient. So I spent 20 bucks on coffee when It would’ve been free with my gift card. I really enjoy this Biggby! Isaac welcomed me on my first visit here and has really made the experience here grand. It is the best Biggby coffee shop experience I have had I look forward to coming here for my business meetings. Thank you for having me
