The young man working the drive through Sunday, July 27th around 9AM was so sweet and gave fantastic customer service. We love this location!
Cold bragel, took 15 minutes in the drive thru with nobody in front of me. Drink was incorrect. Biggby needs a new way to cook the food rather than heating it up frozen. Costs enough for quality and you get garbage.
Literally one of the worst bigbys in the Lansing area. I know they opened within the past year but I have been to this location several times within the past few months and they always get something wrong. The drink recipes are NOT consistent with corporate bigby drinks. Today I got a large iced latte with less than 4 ice cubes in it. The cup also had chocolate syrup all over it and I needed napkins to clean it up. Burnt to hell over extracted espresso shots! This place is a dub, great vibes, good place, wonderful
Coffee is good, but the almost $7 sausage egg and cheese Bragel was ice cold on the inside.
