When I first started coming to this bigby about a year ago I was so impressed at the quality of the product and the performance of the service that I didn't mind paying extra for my coffee here. HOWEVER Now I get the worst service ever up to and including rudeness from the employees. I guarantee they're not giving me the extra shot the I order in my large hot mocha mocha when I order it, and when I order my turkey on havarti bagel with extra cream cheese not only am I not getting my extra cream cheese it's never hot anymore ... read more
