I’ve always ordered from Bigby and never had a problem until today. I ordered two hot chocolates. After driving off and waiting a while for them to cool when I went to take a sip it didn’t taste right. They somehow forgot the chocolate in hot chocolate. They gave us cups of milk. Way to expensive to literally forget the key ingredient in the drink. At that point I was already too far away to turn around to go get it remade.

drinks were super yummy. customer service was amazing, lady taking my order was so sweet and reassuring. will be back :) <3
