Coffee always good..People are always i mean always nice.
Had a really disappointing experience at this Biggby Coffee. Our food was made incorrectly, and when we asked for it to be fixed, the staff offered to just give us the missing toppings (egg and cream cheese) so we could put the sandwiches together ourselves. We asked them to remake them properly, and they then asked for the incorrectly made food back, which felt unprofessional considering our time and money were already wasted.
