Better then Starbucks!
This is our 3rd time here and we had ordered online. We keep coming to this location thinking that it will be different. The wait for an online order was over 30 minutes. The drive thru line had at least 10 cars in the drive thru. Lastly after that 30 minute wait, my drink order was made wrong. When asked to just receive a refund for the drink. They said they would have to call corporate. We didn't have time to wait so we will call corporate ourselves.
Waited 30 mins in the drive thru to get my coffee, they need hire better and faster people
Ordered two large scuba's with double boba on May 14th at approximately 9am through the drive thru. Waited in line way longer than should be expected and got our drinks from a frumpy overweight rude white lady who I'm assuming is the manager. She had the nerve to ask if we wanted to leave a tip. In my 45 years have never been flat out asked to leave a tip by a barista. I got my drinks and both had zero ice and were mostly soda water and did not have double boba as requested.
