I come here almost everyday and I love most of the workers there Tessa always makes my vanilla latte perfect, today I was in again and one of the other employees was singing the radio very loud and was unfortunately very bad, i may not return after what i witness she even started dancing??? Very unprofessional.
A friend and I have been going to this Biggby location every Saturday for over 5 years. We even went and sat outside during Covid. But for the last few months, the coffee has been lukewarm or cold. Sometimes I will ask for a hot refill, and that works. Today (Saturday, Sept. 6th) the refill was still not cold. I noticed another customer saying the same thing.
