Bigby is considered a customer service job, correct? Well, theirs is horrible. I only have went to bigby for the bragel sandwiches, but when someone opens the window without a smile, tells you how much you owe and proceeds to say “you want to leave a tip” in the RUDEST way you don’t want to go back! I’ve never met a nice/friendly bigby employee and it’s very concerning. No wonder why the business is going downhill. Slowest drive thru in town.
Maddie and the Owner Taylor are two incredible ladies who make you feel invited and appreciated for coming in to get coffee, the coffee is the best in town and it is always an amazing time to come in
This place is really going downhill. A bit of a wait but overall I enjoy the coffee so I didn't mind. Recently it seems like everytime I go they're either missing something or mess up the order. The coffee hasn't tasted the same and the balance of flavors is all out of wack. My husband went today to grab us breakfast and not only did they not have cream cheese for the bagels they didn't have eggs either. They also don't have the correct lids for their own cups.
