Service was not great, the employees were rude. Drinks were made incorrectly, as well as she food. We ordered a sandwich specifically with no cream cheese and it had quite a bit of it. I would rather drive the extra miles to get better service in Sheboygan.
This place is going downhill fast, should’ve never come to Wisconsin. Service is nothing like they are in Michigan. Constantly changing their policies regarding specials and coupons, staff never seems friendly, cheerful, or even apologetic for the discrepancy in their policies. I can’t imagine what the owner acts like.
The drink, I always order did not taste quite right, and when I called the barista was very rude and disrespectful. This is the only coffee spot we’ve ever had a problem with like this. So sad because I looked at other reviews and it seems to be an ongoing problem here. We won’t be back.
