Made a mistake again going to this Biggby. Anytime I order from this biggby online my order gets changed. Ordered iced coffee and got a hot coffee, they would not remake my drink without charging me. Like just give me a cup of ice. Bill, it won't let me respond to you. I've had issues with online ordering at least 3 times this summer.
