ABSOLUTE WORST BIGGBY EVER!!! EVERY single morning for a week i waited over 15 minutes in the drivethru. But because i LOVE biggby i dealt with it. Finally i was forced to wait 23 minutes in the drive thru one morning making me late for work and after that i decided i will never EVER visit this location again. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON coffee should take 23 minutes to prepare. No excuses. All employees should be fired and this location restaffed with people that know how to treat their customers and work a drive thru.
