I went to Biggby this morning at 8:25 am. I ordered two sugar free drinks, to which the nice young lady taking the money at the first window asked, "did you still want whipped cream on those?" To which it replied, "Yes please." We get to the second window when a young girl with a long braid, dark hair, and one or two piercings opens it and there is no whipped cream on my drinks.
