I ordered 2 iced coffees. On one of them, I wanted to make a few changes to. The one with the changes, they didn’t even follow any of the details and I got it hot. The other one, tasted terrible. And when I called to get a refund or 2 free coffees on my next visit, they didn’t even answer the phone. Extremely frustrating considering I paid $15 for 2 coffees.
