The last few times in the service has been so slow. Taking anywhere from 5 to 10 min for a coffee despite 5 people working and only 3 people in the lobby..
Popped into a BIGGBY COFFEE in Midland. The coffee drinks were wonderful, but the staff were the best part of the visit!
Took my coupon and didn't tell me I already had a free drink. Lack of communication
