I get my coffee black and they need to clean their machines because it terrible. Not to mention that it is over $4 just for a black 24oz coffee. I only drink coffee here when I am desperate and on the go... I prefer bottled Starbucks and it is cheaper!
Took my order as soon as I walked in. Then proceeded to have me stand there for a fill 20 minutes ON MY LUNCH BREAK while 4 people worked the drive thru. Thanks.
The last few times in the service has been so slow. Taking anywhere from 5 to 10 min for a coffee despite 5 people working and only 3 people in the lobby..
Popped into a BIGGBY COFFEE in Midland. The coffee drinks were wonderful, but the staff were the best part of the visit!
