Unfortunately the staff at this location are extremely rude. Twice, notably by the same employee, I have been directly ignored while waiting to pick up an online order. As in, she would rather crane her neck to speak to the woman behind me than address me after I had been standing at the counter for several moments - and then walk away to idle at the other side of the counter.
