RecommendedExcellent service.. I stopped here to get a cup of coffee for a long drive home. Not realizing they close early for COVID I was late getting there before closing. The owner/operator came to the locked door and asked what I needed. I just wanted Med Black Coffee. He went and got my order and brought it out to me and only charged me $1. Could have told me "closed" and walked away, but went that extra step. Much appreciated!!
I go everyday for MULTIPLE coffees, and there is a certain barista with a HUGE attitude. I physically seen her make someone drink wrong yesterday, she blurted it out, but continued to make it and gave it to her. Not to mention I get multiple coffees a day and this is what my order looked like this time! I can’t even drink either one of them cause of the chunky grounds. I suggest you get people who know what they are doing and have customer service skills. I’ll be going back to Starbucks after this nasty crap.

RecommendedCiara was our barista for the day and she was SO SWEET!! We asked her a million questions about the coffee (sorry I'm picky and a Dunkin fan 🙈) and she answered every question very kindly and patient. She didn't make us feel rushed or stupid for asking basic questions. Her bright and cheery attitude definitely made my day. I hope she gets recognized in some way because a lot of people who work in customer service are rude but she wasn't at all. Terrible service will never go to this location again! Food is stale and coffee taste like water, store is dirty and the floor sticky! The employees had attitude upon entering store and just didn’t care to be there or do their job! Never again!
RecommendedIf I could give them 100 stars I would! I’ve only been here a few times in the morning when I’m really feeling like I need coffee. The men and women who work behind the desk are the BEST part of my day. They are so incredibly kind, and just all around a good crew. I will now go out of my way to go to this location, just because of their genuine kindness. Keep it up!
This location does not care about the health and safety of their customers. I have been to this location three times within the past week or so. The person who made my drink was not wearing a mask. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This is NOT okay. It does not matter the “excuse” an employee gives. All food service workers must wear masks. Period. This Biggby location cares more about the comfort of their employees than their customer’s health and safety. So disgusted, and so disappointed.

Jamilla never fails to make you smile and makes the most of your time there. I used to work for another Biggby store, I know the work they put in and this store specifically work their butt off.
