On July 24, we attempted to visit the BIGGBY Coffee location in Lowell, Michigan, at approximately 7:35 p.m. We were preparing to drive to the other side of the state because of a family emergency—our granddaughter had been admitted to the hospital—and we hoped to quickly stop for coffee before leaving. This is a nice place, employees are always nice.... the coffee is always good there.
Friendly staff and great environment for working on college courses and visiting with friends!
I’m leaving a 1 star review because there has been multiple times I have gotten the tropic frozen drink and the barista does not blend it enough there’s huge chunks of ice in the drink to where I can’t even drink it! It’s ridiculous!
