Very poor customer service and immature attitude from drive through staff. I was using a coupon card that I have used several times on the past couple weeks. Works at every store if you just scan it. They refused this one particular morning. Why? I asked how come you won't accept it today? It's not expired. I got nasty response and was told to never come back and take my business to Hastings and not come back. By far the worst biggby EVER! They never get your order correct! The employees are very slow due to horse play. When you pay expensive prices for a coffee you should get an excellent iced latte! If I could give 0 stars, that's what I would give!!!!
I love the caramel iced coffee when I’m in a rush and can’t find the time to make it myself!
Very friendless service. The island bear was delicious. My granddaughter enjoyed her bagel sandwich.
