They Made my drink wrong, then they were going to charge me to make a new one.
Went to order a Matcha after I waited behind the Charlotte train for 35 minutes all to come in and order and the lady laugh and say we are all out of matcha what else do you want.
I absolutely love this biggby. The ladies are always so kind. My coffee always tastes amazing. They have remembered my order as well. I suggest you come here to get your coffee fix. Im a regular and absolutely love the service
