They charged me for the wrong drink. If I had not asked for the difference they would have keep the difference in price.
Great coffee! I Like to go to this location because its easy to get in and out of the parking lot and most of the time i can sit down and read a book or check my e-mails.
Purchased a plain medium coffee and asked since i was a paying customer if they had a restroom. They had one and used a token to get in the door, and they had clean facilities. herman miller was having a company party and i wound up going past it on the entry to the restroom.
I paid over $2 for a med coffee and got handed a cup. Funny thing is coffee wasn't hot and I had to do all the work. They have a tip jar on the counter. Lmao. It's like 7/11 but you pay double first and pump your cold coffee. Good luck. I'll stick with 7/11. At least it's hot. Tip jar. Still lmao
This Biggby Coffee location is my favorite coffee shop. My favorite beverages include: French Roast, Hazelnut, Biggby Best Blend, and a capuchino (with 6 shots of espresso). I also get bags of their whole bean coffee to grind and brew at home as well. I always go to the counter for service there because they treat me like a friend there.
We LOVE the new Sturgis Biggby! We live in Lansing and were in the area and stopped in. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The manager, Angela, was very helpful and answered all our questions. And of course the coffee was awesome!
I entered the store for the first time to experience their Bday special for $1.99 20oz special they've advertised for weeks. The store was empty except for a couple in front of me. I waited 8 min's before my turn. I asked for the item advertised on the poster. I ordered 2 more drinks. asking if $1.99. 5 min's. later I paid and waited for drinks. I was overcharged. I brought it to the attention of the persons making the drinks. She informed me there were extra add-on's cost, even item advertised on poster was not $1.99. Frust... read more
Probably one of the best shops in town when it comes to serving quality coffee. I definitely love their blends.
Great place for whatever you want to drink with nice little selection of tasty things to eat. People are great and always in a fantastic mood. Its like a home away from home. Also clean and cozy.
