I love this location. Today the young lady made the best caramel marvel! They are super attentive. And showed the best customer service ever. Other coffee shops need to take note. These ladies were super cool! They seemed to also be aware of their normal customers too. Kudos Ladies.
I recommend you don't want to meet the man there since he is not Customer Experience since he had the never to kick someone out with out any reason to hear

Miya, Lauriah, Brittanie, Sole are AWESOME!! I was tired, irritated and undecisive but these ladies showed this old hag patience and some much needed sympathy. Lol .( I love everything that bigby has to offer) so these ladies surprised me with a Caramel marvel ( i think that's what it's called .lol) and it was great! The owner was on site and made sure that the store was clean, that is a MUST for me!!! And it has an automatic door!!!!! No pushing or pulling therefore my hands stay clean for my coffee!!!
