First time reaching out, communication was great and easy. It was my son’s first time getting braids—he’s 9—and she was very patient and great with him. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable. She works well with all hair textures—my son’s hair is straight and fine—and she handled it beautifully. I would definitely recommend and will be going back!

I can’t say enough great things about Big Ben’s Braid Shack! They came through last minute for me and my daughter and did an incredible job. We both got two French braids with braiding hair, and they turned out beautiful clean, tight, and exactly what we wanted. Even with my short hair they made it work. The vibe in the shop was welcoming, and they were so patient and kind, especially with my daughter. You can tell they care about their work and their clients. My forever go to spot. I felt more than comfortable at Big Bens and she did such an exceptional job on me and truly an amazing artist. Even after having a busy day and making a last minute appointment, couldnt be happier with the service and ill be back before you know it.
