I am sooo happy I found this braid shop!!!! The environment was welcoming and chill, and I loved the way my hair turned out. Plus the place is only 10 minutes from me so that’s awesome. Smaller space then I expected but the vibes were immaculate, great hosts, great conversation and the service as well as the quality of braids were amazing and done quickly considering how clean it came out, I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks Bigg Ben!
Absolutely the best experience I've had getting braids ...probably ever. Bigg Ben was so hospitable and made me feel right at home getting my braids done. I lucked out getting Brittany! (hope I spelled her name right) She was warm, funny, and did my braids so amazing. I am happy with my results. Fast braiding, great conversation, and my head doesn't hurt at all from the braids. Oh my god she was so amazing she did my hair really amazing and I loved it and she was really nice to me I highly recommend her she’s the best and I felt at home.
