Doctors and PAs spend a lot of time with each patient. Everyone was friendly and informative. Excellent overall experience.
I have been a patient for 20 plus years and seen many changes. I can honestly say I have always gotten good care. Being a woman, I have enjoyed the experience of having a female doctor for physicals, but when I sick I will take anyone.
Called and spoke to the receptionist, Theresa hoping to schedule an appointment for my knee. Theresa was extremely rude and unhelpful. She made me feel dumb for calling their office and not being a former patient. How am I supposed to become a patient if I don’t schedule an appointment? Now I have to drive to Kalispell for my appointment instead of the more convenient location closer to my home.
