Called BIGFOOT to spray my church for ants and cockroaches. Chris was very professional and respectful. He got rid of all of our pest problems. Definitely worth every penny and we will use BIGFOOT again in the future.

Overnight we discovered we had a mice infestation problem. Called Bigfoot the next morning at 8:15 and spoke with the manager Chris. Chris was extremely nice and very professional. Chris from Bigfoot Pest Control just sprayed a hornet's nest that was making me very nervous. He came within an hour of my call. Checked the perimeter of my building for any other problem areas. SO pleased, both with Chris and the job he did. I highly recommend Chris and Bigfoot Pest Control of Itasca, Il. I now know where to call for future problems with pests!
Fast, effective, great customer service and fair price. All that an A+ BBB rating deserves. Found yellow jackets in our house. Called Chris - called me back within 5 minutes after 6pm on a Friday. Put us on his schedule 8:30am next day. Gave us time options. On time. Fast, effective and a nice guy! Bees are gone six hours later. Have shared this business twice today!
Contacted Bigfoot in need of a bee problem after using a different company. These guys were out within 30 minutes of making the original call. Was treated like a professional and will definitely recommend them to anyone! Could have easily been taken advantage of but they told us we don't have am issue and sprayed a small hive and saved us $hundreds. Thanks Bigfoot Chris and Joe!
