Maybe if you guys fix your wifi I'd be more willing to come back. I'm so annoyed everytime I go to get a drink the wifi is down. But don't worry you can still get your money while the wifi is down but I can't earn any points. Kinda messed up and a ripoff.
Really getting tired of the Wifi being down at the stands I got to. At least Starbucks doesn't rip me of my points. No wifi but you can still take my money but not give me my points I earned for my drink. Why am I buying from you guys when I can't even get a free drink because YOUR wifi is down? Back to Starbucks I go I guess.
Fix the wifi in your stands. I'm so tired of ordering my drink and being told the wifi is down so I can't earn my points towards a free drink. Ridiculous.
i’ve been ordering Bigfoot Java for over 10 years. I’ve had multiple issues with my card. Or being deactivated and not burning any points or my free drinks I did get one corporate person to get a hold of me about that Justine and she did fix it, but this complaint is completely different. Why can you guys not fix the Wi-Fi in your stands, I’m losing out on free drinks and free points because your Wi-Fi is not working and I should not have to email you my receipt to get my points.
