Better then Starbucks
No WiFi? Big problem, missing out on my drink points, was told to email cooperate whenever I don’t get my points so I did with my proof of purchase and guess what? STILL NO POINTS! Don’t tell me to email you so you guys can fix my points and then you never fix my points so I guess you’re just lost a customer after 10-15 years
Maybe if you guys fix your wifi I'd be more willing to come back. I'm so annoyed everytime I go to get a drink the wifi is down. But don't worry you can still get your money while the wifi is down but I can't earn any points. Kinda messed up and a ripoff.
