Bad server. She put the same spoon in my coffee from the previous customer. Didn’t even know which coffee was which. Coffee was lukewarm and not Hot. And costed me 20 dollars for the worst coffee ever.
The lady who I assume is the manager is in the wrong industry. Totally un attentive and her drinks are always horrible even if she gets the your order right. Most Bigfoot Java's are great. Mon-Fri. 7am this one is HORRIBLE! Save your 10$ and go to the one in Pacific Algona

I was told they no longer do sugar free drinks! the person wasn't even in the front area to take my order either!
Morning barista knows me already lol. I pull up and they get started on making my everyday coffee 24oz Iced Vanilla Latte yummy! Love the services as always ❤️❤️ SHOUTOUT TO THE TWO EARLY MORNING GIRLS!
