The workers flat out refused me service because I was a "walk up" even though I had a form of transportation and were disrespectful and clearly making up whatever reasons not to serve as when I came up the two workers were just playing on their phones. Couldn't get their names though
There's always a bit of wait, even with 3 to 4 workers inside. This last time, I pulled up with one person in front of me. Waited about 5 minutes and then another person pulled up behind me. Cashier came out, walked right by me and took the order from the person behind me. Finally got to the window and the drinks for the guy behind me were already done and waiting by the window by the time I got to the window and finally placed my order. Doesn't really make much sense.
