When I asked the gentleman if this was a cold foam and not a whip cream his response was “umm mhmm” clearly made it wrong and didn’t want to remake it. Never thought id be gaslit at a coffee shop before 😂Also, you can see the texture.. honestly, gross. Couldn’t even bring myself to drink it.
I come here often, and unfortunately the same employee always acts this way — nonchalant, dismissive, and with an attitude that makes customers feel unwelcome. Do better.
On par with most other Bigfoot’s. Good service good drinks!
There’s 4 people in there and it took 20 minutes for 2 small drinks. Bro was on a ladder and had his whole feet on the counter where the drinks are. They were more just talking to each other than making my drink. I never go out of my way to leave a bad review but this was terrible.
