Slowest service ever. You get locked into the drive thru lane and then you're stuck. Without exaggeration, each vehicle takes 15 minutes or longer. If there are 3 cars in front of you, you're stuck for an hour!
What an odd experience this morning… I work near this location and offered to pick up coffee for a couple coworkers before work this morning. Waiting in line about 10 minutes behind 2 cars, no problem. Once I got up to the window, the lady working (middle-aged, light brown hair in a bun) Asked what I wanted to drink. My coworker requested a caramel macchiato, so I asked for one of those and a plain latte, she repeated caramel macchiato as a question, I said yes. She looked at me a few seconds longer, confused, then said “ok”... read more
