Hot water normally is free. The manager insisted to charge me $3.50 for a hot water. I'm never coming back to this location. And I would rather look for another cafe at all - there's a lot of them out there.
Waited in line for 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, no large orders. A girl named Kayla made my drinks, I asked for no foam if possible. Paid almost $16 for 2 drinks and they were about half way full. Irritated isn’t the word.
Very nice customer service! Drive thru only and busy Friday night on Halloween. Service great and coffee was good!
Very nice, friendly, helpful cheerful employees that work here. It's a must stop and get. Uh, drink for the road.!!
