I got here around 3:05am. There was one barista. There were 2 cars in one lane. I didn't want to be rude and cut off the others so I went behind them. It took the barista about 10 mins to help each car. It's about 3:25am. I'm thinking it's my turn. Unfortunately, another car came in and used the OTHER lane to be serviced. Why can't they block off the other window or lane to discourage cutting? I wasn't going to wait another 10 minutes for that order to wrap up and then another 10 minutes to get my food and drink. Terrible. The service is poor and the sick ( coughing / sneezing) staff are disgusting. They don't even wash their hands. Don't go here!!!
