We stopped here on customer appreciation day for the first time and tried ordering a caramel machiatto. The gal taking our order didn’t seem to understand that we just wanted extra ice , so the manager came over to take the order, where she yelled at us…. Very startling interaction, and seemingly unwarranted. She said it was against their policy to add additional ice to both the drinks, and then gave us both two caramel macchiatos with little to no ice and way too much milk and caramel. My experience at this location; especially during the night shift, has been nothing short of amazing! The night crew is consistently friendly, upbeat, and impressively fast with preparing drinks. They always greet customers with a smile, and it really makes a difference. A special shout-out to my favorite barista, Rena she remembers my usual order every time, without me even having to say a word. That kind of attention and consistency is rare. You honestly couldn't ask for a better team. Keep up the great work!
