I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a coffee and, after some confusion about what I was asking for, I decided I no longer wanted the drink and requested a refund. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful, and when I asked for a refund, I was told it would be processed later rather than handled immediately.
