I’ve been going to this coffee place for over a year spending up to 20 dollars a day. I love Bigfoot Java drinks however this is the rudest and worst group of women I’ve ever met. Not once , did any of these girls ask me how my morning was going, I always sat silence. I love Bigfoot Java and I go there anytime I’m around the surrounding area. Last night at around 3 am we went to this location & immediately felt the baristas bad energy. She was having a great time with the customers on the other side chatting it up taking her time making their drinks, she even apologized for the wait when she came to our side to take our order. Better than Starbucks! Good coffee drinks, nice people serving.
Drinks made at this location taste different, not sure of the reason but the baristas here seem standoffish and not directly rude, but ill-mannered. One second they're chatting it up laughing and then they face me and they look annoyed and indifferent like they want me to leave or as if I'm a burden with very stern tone of questions. It makes me not want to come back.
