Top notch customer service.
Great service! Stopped here during a late night road trip and was so glad I did. The guy working was super friendly and made a great loaded Americano. Love that they’re open 24hrs. Blows Starbucks out of the water.
I love this Bigfoot location! I come here everyday before work and it’s my favorite part of my morning! The staff is so wonderful-they remember my order and just about have it made by the time I pull up to the window. They also remember our conversations and are always checking in on how I’m doing. Customer service 10/10!! (The drinks are fabulous too!)
The drinks are really good. But what really pissed me off is they try and trick you into tipping more money by putting the larger amount first on the keypad. So people who are not paying attention are gonna tip more. These companies need to learn how to pay their employees better so that they don’t rely on tips. Enough said.
