I'm a regular for big foot Java, I asked for light ice, they gave me less drink, very not happy, drove all the way over here .(24oz by the way)
i personally really like bigfoot and the drinks are super good, but recently every time i come back or hear someone else sharing their experiences with bigfoot, it just gets ruined. i havent personally gone yet to see their new summer policy, but ive heard a lot of my friends talking about it and i honestly think its really stupid. i dont understand why we’re only allowed to have 1 drink per car if there are multiple people in the car. i get that its probably supposed to help reduce the lines, but i feel like the lines could... read more
I have been to bfj well over 200 times, NEVER have i received service like i did tonight. There was a younger lady, brunette with glasses with very unkept hair, who spoke very rudely to my friends and I. It is 11pm on a sunday night, not one car in the entire parking lot, let alone the drive thru. We politely ask to do 2 orders (like we have done for the past 5 years) when she bluntly replied no as it is a “new summer policy” (once again, 11pm on a sunday night). Me and my friends are long time customers that come almost everyday. Tonight we came at around 11pm on a Sunday and we were the only car there. We asked if we could do 2 seperate orders which is something we usually do and they have no problem accommodating even when busy. When we asked the worker on staff if we could do seperate orders she rudely cut us off and and said “no” we then asked if we could go around 3 times to which she replied “no” once again in a very rude tone.
