Very disturbing company - stay clear.
Most unresponsive and unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. In addition, their policies are extremely expensive. I had the unfortunate experience of being connected with them as a third-party provider of property insurance through Farmers. They offer no online account access, I highly don’t recommend. Beware that they have a penalty (short rate fund) for cancellation before the end of the policy date. Just to be done with them is almost worth this extra cost.
