Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! I got every single question I had answered during my visit. They gave me so much information that I feel like an expert on my condition! The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
