I would stay away from this doctor. She scheduled a follow up appointment to review sleep data, and didn't bother to review the data or have it available during the appointment. Basically, a waste of an appointment which I still was required to pay for. The capper was when she took a phone call from her daughter in the middle of our appointment. Very unprofessional.

I was charged $380 for a 36 minute Zoom meeting that didn't go anywhere. Dr. Bigelow showed up 10 minutes late, was extraordinarily rude the entire call

WARNING. Do NOT use this doctor. She gave me a sleep device, and I was unable to sleep that night. I asked the office if I could do it again, and it took them 2 weeks to respond yes. The doctor called my phone screaming that she will charge me for every day I had the device. She then refused to send me the sleep results which I paid for and has been MIA since last April 2024. She is irresponsible, unethical, and absolutely will take your money while not providing professional or ethical care.

I spent almost a month and multiple emails back-and-forth and leaving messages on their voicemail and still have not heard back from them. It’s pretty tragic the non-service that exists and how there is no regard for patients/potential patients. I spent hours getting all my mom‘s records, filled out a medical appt, emailed a referral and for weeks nothing. I’ve left many messages on their voicemail.
