I had similar issues as other patients that have left reviews here. My appointment was scheduled over a month in advance after having been told they would not schedule it till they had the materials they needed from my PCP. So when they called to schedule me I assumed they had my sleep study results. They claim they didn’t. If I could give zero stars, I would. My father-in-law was under this doctor’s care, and our experience was extremely disappointing. We often struggled to communicate with the office and had difficulty getting timely responses to our questions and concerns. During appointments and interactions, we felt dismissed and that his well-being was not a priority. Extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism from Dr. Bigelow. From the very beginning, communication was a major issue — phone calls went unanswered, voicemails were ignored, and emails required multiple follow ups before receiving any response. When we visited the office in person due to receiving no reply, the experience was unwelcoming and unpleasant. I would stay away from this doctor. She scheduled a follow up appointment to review sleep data, and didn't bother to review the data or have it available during the appointment. Basically, a waste of an appointment which I still was required to pay for. The capper was when she took a phone call from her daughter in the middle of our appointment. Very unprofessional.
