Very honest. I would go to him for all my repairs. I am a single women who sometimes gets taken with repair people, but he went through what was wrong with both my washer and my dish washer and was honest with me that I just needed new appliances (which he did not have to sell me). All before even having to come out and charge me for a call. I found it very refreshing to have not to have wasted my money. Thank you!
