The lady who sends the crew to the house is so rude. She argues on the phone with customer and extremely unprofessional. Just shows up without letting anyone know. 10/10 don’t recommend this company at all. WORST EXPERIENCE!

This Company is the best. Very professional, they do everything right and fast . The best quality. They installed for me the hold system in my pool. We are very happy with their service. I cannot say enough good things about Big Blue Pool and Spa. They were always reliable, showed up exactly when scheduled, and consistently did great work maintaining our pool. What stood out the most, though, was how they treated us during a very difficult time after my husband passed. Their understanding and respect meant more than I can put into words. Their pricing is fair, their work speaks for itself, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
