RecommendedMy light is like the sun. I have used it on about 200 dives. Although the switch has had issues twice, both times Big Blue customer service has been fantastic!
I am a PADI dive instructor and videographer and use nothing but Big Blue lights. They are phenomenal products and the quality is incredible. They are particularly useful on night dives as they light up the entire sea floor so you can spot critters and such. I was recently made aware that Bigblue Dive Lights were used by Task Force Dagger on diving missions they carry out to recover lost US servicemen. This alone would be reason to choose this product over any other. however, it appears that they are technically superior, work at serious depths, and are super dependable. There you go.
Big props to Bigblue dive lights. Not only do they make great lights for diving but their customer support and warranty are superb. I flooded my TL3500P on my last dive not sure how, but I did. I’ve had this light for almost a year to the date when it flooded I made a phone call to Big Blue and the lovely Pam answered promptly. She apologized for my light flooding, quickly issued a RA#, and gave me instructions for shipping the light back to them.
