I bought a Bigblue 3500 light the day before a dive trip to Morehead City, NC to replace two lights that failed to turn on before leaving for my trip. The light worked flawless and the glove mounting system made it a pleasure to carry the light. I would highly recommend this light to anyone looking for a new light. I look forward to testing it further while diving the wrecks of New England (cold, dark, and limited visibility).
Bigblue Dive lights are great products. Unfortunately customer service is not on that level. I have an issue with my light, I sent requested document almost 3 weeks ago and still I didn’t receive any answer. I wrote few remaining emails, but without any reply. Excellent lights and fantastic customer service.
Big Blue's makes very high quality dive lights at a fraction of the cost of comparable quality lights. They are definitely as bright as advertised, the housings are machined very well, they have double o ring seals, and can easily handle the abuse that comes with diving and boat transport. Also, the customer service experience is exceptional. They are very accessible, and determined to exceed customer expectations. Highly recommend!!
