WHY IN THE WORLD ARE THESE PEOPLE STARTING AT 3AM. Loud trucks, banging up and down the street, flashing lights coming into my window starting from 3am through this morning.

If, like me, you are tired of Bigane continuously violating noise ordinances for the City of Chicago, you may cite Chicago Municipal Code 8-32-140, which states very clearly that their hours of operation cannot be before 8am or after 8pm. Ask your Alderman to terminate current and future contracts with them if they find it too difficult to follow rules or respect the communities paying them.
