LOL to Biga’s business practices. 45 minutes of phone lines constantly busy. We finally walked there and were told to “keep calling” because they are only doing contactless ordering. All for safety during these times but nothing about our order would have been contact. Then we were told that if we get through it will be an hour and fifteen minute wait. Hi Matthew, I can see how that would be frustrating and I did witness the interaction. I was working as fast as I could, averaging 87 seconds per pizza for 5 hours straight. It’s been challenging, to say the least, keeping up with the demand while processing credit cards over the phone. Everything takes a bit longer and I am truly grateful for our customers’ patience.
