They’re really good about coming to inspect for a quote, but they’re ghost after that. I even reached out for an update, and they still haven’t given me the quote. Their online presence would indicate that they do good work. I have yet to see this personally. I give 2 stars because 1 is just rude without good reason.
Big Yeti did an excellent job at building our outdoor kitchen. They were one of the few companies willing to take on this unique and challenging project. They had a great crew that walked us through every step of the way and overall it was a reasonable price for all the work they did. The craftsmanship was impressive with the steel and the attention to detail. Sias, Derek and Kim all work wonders. Super happy with the job done on our front railing! The workers were friendly and professional. The office staff was prompt and helpful. I will call them again when I need another project like this done.
