The quality of the product received and the customer service is a joke. When I received my stripes they were not rolled around a cardboard core but instead rolled only around each other, leaving the vinyl on the inside of the roll kinked. After unwrapping everything and having my installer begin it just got more disappointing. The kinks in the vinyl were not able to be removed with heat and after installation it was extremely noticeable. The vinyl was also not cut to cover the edges of the area they were meant to cover. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service. This is my first negative Google review I have ever posted. I do my best to support small businesses. I’m not that guy. Unfortunately this is deserving. I ordered a kit for my vehicle and took it to a professional installer. They recognized an issue with the vinyl that appeared to have horizontal creases / defects. Graphics felt like they were old. Did not stick to the backing paper correctly and was wrinkled as hell. Emailed them and they were like whatever, offered no info or help. Also the hood spears were backwards. I watched the youtube videos put out by Big Worm and every one of them used water. There were no instructions in the packaging.
If you’re looking for graphics, you cannot go wrong with Big Worm Graphics. The quality in the way they cut the stripes, to the insanely high quality material they use. The air release vinyl is the best I’ve ever used. The prices are cut to size and fit perfectly. The slight taper at the front looks great and should be that way. Amazing product made in America. I recently installed the full length stripes on a Ford Mustang. I was very happy with product. It’s is very obvious that they don’t cut any corners and pay great attention to detail. Very impressed with how each section was labeled and ready to go. I was intimidated at first and watched multiple videos on YouTube. Honestly the quality of the graphics really makes the application much easier. I would definitely recommend Big Worm Graphics and they have my business from this point forward.
